Overview
3-mercaptopropionic Acid is a pharmaceutical intermediate Chlormezanone and is also used as a stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride. It can be used in transparent products as thioglycolic acid, and its stability is very good, which is better than other stabilizers. It can also be used as antioxidant, catalyst and biochemical reagent.
3-mercaptopropionic Acid should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat source. It shall be stored separately from oxidant, reductant and alkali, and mixed storage shall not be allowed. Provide corresponding varieties and quantities of fire-fighting equipment. The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and appropriate receiving materials.
